Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on https://feastitaly.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It only includes basic personal data, such as:

- Credit Card Details: we do not store or process your credit card details ourselves, they are processed via third party service providers (Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Your card’s security/CVV code given with the purpose of paying for the goods and services you request is used to prevent and detect fraud, and only used at time of payment;
- Email address and phone number to contact us to ask about our services, find out more about our services and activities, and when you report a problem with our site.

- Google LLC. for the use of Gmail in order to contact you about any services we provide to you and Google Contacts to store and maintain our clients’ details;
- Flodesk for the use of their service, to sign up to our newsletter;

- Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you e.g. the Carrier Group, Royal Mail, Parcelforce for the fulfilment of your order;

We also engage in online advertising, also to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products.

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
