Summer is almost here. When we look at the calendar, we cannot believe how fast this first five months have come and gone.
The milder temperature, the breeze coming through the windows, the seasonal produces do make a wonderful difference from the winter months. Of course our recipes also become greener, lighter, easier. Why would you spend hours in the kitchen when outside is this sunny?
Summer Salad Recipe, here it comes.
Ingredients for 4 people
400g Lamb's Lettuce Rocket Baby Spinach Mix
150g Goat Cheese
100g Altalanga Organic Raw Hazelnuts
Few drops of the Red Label Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to taste.
Slice the pears, cut the hazelnuts in half, sprinkle the goat cheese. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and few drops of Modena IGP balsamic vinegar. Mix with love. Enjoy!
