HOW TO USE IT
With bread, in a cake, croissants, on scones, biscuits, or in its purest form: on a teaspoon, as a pick me up in the middle of the afternoon. Then everything falls back into place.
WHY WE LOVE IT
This is the more delicate version of the dark gianduja spread, nevertheless a truly delicious cream. We particularly love the balance between the toasted hazelnuts and the white chocolate flavour, and a great alternative to the usual chocolate spreads.
