Perfect with salads, raw vegetables and grilled meats. Because of its organic origin, this may also be an excellent ally to your gut health (some of our customers have one tablespoon every morning)

100% cold pressed Nocellara dell'Etna, Biancolilla and Moresca olives. The Nocellara olives are an indigenous variety it can only grow on volcanic soil, on Mount Etna, Sicily. This extra virgin olive oil is a Protected Denomination of Origin.
The Russo family lived in Belpasso, near Catania for the past six decades. There, an incredible passion for olive oil was inherited by Giusi from her father, and the tradition of producing an incredibly products continue to this day. We visited the Oleificio Russo, explored their mill, and we gladly consider this a Gold Beetle Certified™ product.
