Made in the heart of the Unesco Heritage site of the Langhe, in Piedmont, Montaldo Honeydew is a natural supplement, perfect for athlets because high in iron, manganese, potassium and magnesium. Dark amber almost black in colour, it is less sweet than honey, fruity, malty in taste.
HOW TO USE IT
One teaspoon will uplift your black tea, but also great with cheese and dairy products in general. Also try on pancakes and mascarpone.

It is our Italian alternative to maple syrup and often makes its appearence on Sunday morning pancakes. Delicious!

Made and harvested in the Langhe Region, the Unesco Heritage Site in Piedmont. About the company: Montaldo is run by the young Matteo, looking after the bees of his grand father. In June 2018, we turned up at his door completely unannounced. Literally. Nevertheless, he and his family welcomed us, let us taste the honey and Matteo's mum grappa made with cherries' leaves was to die for. We didn't get the chance to visit the bees, but we'll be back. In the meantime, we trust our taste, and how lovely everyone in the family is.
