HOW TO USE IT
A drizzle of celery on crudités and salad. Lemon gives its best on fish (however we also tried it on ice cream, and oh boy!). Chilli favourite use is on pizza.

Affectionately known as capatosta, a nickname that in Italian means stubborn as a mule, the Muraglia family has been looking after the land and its olive trees for over five generations, down to the tiniest detail.
