The latest addition to the flavoured olive oil collection is this incredible Frantoio Muraglia Fresh Genovese Basil DOP olive oil. Combining the excellence of their olives with a protected origin denomination basil from Liguria, the result is a spectacular ingredient to use in the kitchen.
HOW TO USE IT
Great with any recipes, but would recommend it on roasted vegetables, seafood, pizza. We had it on fresh strawberries and loved it too!

Affectionately known as capatosta, a nickname that in Italian means stubborn as a mule, the Muraglia family has been looking after the land and its olive trees for over five generations, down to the tiniest detail. We not only visited their land and mill during harvest, but also the nearby workshop where the beautiful ceramic orci (the bottles) are handmade and painted.
