After two difficult years, our warehouse needed a few extra days to rest and recharge and decided it was best for everyone to take some time off. 

For this reason, all orders placed over the holidays will be dispatched on the 4th of January 2022, with a 24-48 hour service.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. For those outside the cut-off time, they will be dispatched the following working day.

We ship all our orders with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, using a tracked 48 hour service, so that you can monitor your order whereabouts throughout transit. The system will update when your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Devon and show the progress from the next day. The transit time is usually of 48-72 hours but we prefer to give extra time in case of any hiccup along the way.

Since January 2021, we unfortunately had to introduce new rates for Northern Ireland. Shipping has become more expensive than sending the same parcel to France, and until we can negotiate better rates this is the only way forward. 

Please also consider that these timings are subject to the delivery services and may vary in busy periods e.g Christmas, Black Friday, Global Pandemic (!), etc. 

We dispatch orders as fast as possible and over 80% of Express parcels will be delivered Next Day. However, after receiving complaints caused by courier delays (and completely out of our hands), we are no longer advertising next day deliveries.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your country. For these last few months of 2020, we decided to reduce rates to £14.50 and £21 (there are 2 regions for European shipping). If your country does not appear, please do send us an email and we'll provide a personalised quote for you.

We are not responsible for any additional customs charge: these are sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

For certain countries, due to local custom regulations, we may not be able to ship wine.

Shipping overseas is probably one of our biggest challenges. To offer a service of value (products arriving intact and in a reasonable time), we use DHL and Parcelforce, whose costs are still prohibitive. In absorbing some of it, we allow you to purchase multiple items at a fixed price, hoping that in doing so, you can experience more of our delicious products.

Please make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number for couriers or custom to contact you. 

Transit time is around 5-7 working days, but please keep in mind custom may take longer to release your order.

We are not responsible for any additional customs charge: these are sole responsibility of the purchaser. 


Please double check that the items you are ordering will not incur quarantine or be destroyed at arrival. So far, we were able to send extra virgin olive oil and (weirdly) a D&G Panettone without any issue. However if unsure, please contact custom directly or email us to discuss any other product you may want to order.



It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.

We take extra care in packaging our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:

If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at We will either replace the item or issue a refund. We will not issue a refund without proof of damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.

If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will issue a full refund as soon as the products are returned back to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.

If you have not received your products, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate with our couriers. We will not be able to issue a refund or a replacement for claims that have reached us 14 days after from the day your were supposed to receive the items (as stated on the consignment provided by the courier).  

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
