Shipping & Returns

Orders with a spend of £14 or more have free UK delivery. Standard UK Shipping is £2.80 and orders are delivered with Royal Mail. The approximate time for the standard delivery is 3-5 working days after dispatch. These times are also subject to Royal Mail and may vary in busy times. At the moment, we aren't currently offering the 1 day delivery times. If you are in a rush, please email us at help[at]theredbeetle.com and we'll see how to accommodate your requests. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most European countries using Parcel Force, UPS or Hermes and the products could take between 5-7 working days. If required, we can look at faster options and privately discuss extra charges.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. If you country does not appear, please do send us an email and we'll look at the charges for you. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill orders for outside the EU, but if you really want our products please drop us a line and we will do our best to make it happen. We plan to offer international deliveries in the next few years, so make sure to keep in touch.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.

We take extra care in packing our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:

If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will issue a refund for the broken items. Please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at help@theredbeetle.com. We will not issue a refund without proof of damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.

If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will issue a full refund as soon as the products are returned back to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
