All our products are carefully wrapped, packaged and include a personal note. Orders placed before 1pm GST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. For those outside the cutoff time, they will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. If you country does not appear, please do send us an email and we'll provide a quote for you.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges: these are sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill orders outside the EU, but if you really want our products please drop us a line and we will do our best to make it happen. We plan to offer international deliveries in the next few years, so keep in touch.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.
We take extra care in packaging our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:
If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will issue a refund for the broken items. Please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not issue a refund without proof of damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.
If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will issue a full refund as soon as the products are returned back to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
