All our products are carefully wrapped and packaged, we always include information about the Red Beetle and our wonderful suppliers (when available). Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. For those outside the cutoff time, they will be dispatched the following working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class is untracked. They do provide a tracking number that will give information on the delivery after a first delivery attempt has been made. If you need an urgent delivery, please select 1st Class.
Please also consider that these timings are subject to the delivery service and may vary in busy periods (e.g Christmas, Black Friday, Mother's Day etc.). For next day delivery, please note that couriers may take longer than advertised.

The cost of shipping to the above countries is still prohibitive which is why we limit orders up to 4kg weight (and if possible, split them in two boxes to minimise breakage).
We are able to offer shipping for heavier orders with DHL, and the price will be around £35-£55 depending on the weight. Feel free to contact us for a detailed and personalised quote.
For US, due to an exclusivity agreement, the Frantoio Muraglia Pop Art Collection is not available.
For orders going to Australia & New Zealand: please double check that the items you are ordering will not incur quarantine or be destroyed at arrival. So far, we were able to send extra virgin olive oil without any issue, however if unsure, please contact us to discuss any other product you may want to order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is always a sensitive topic that we need to discuss it nonetheless.
We take extra care in packaging our products, to ensure that they get to you in the quickest and safest possible way. We do understand that things can go wrong, so we have a few rules in place:
If the product(s) arrive damaged or broken, please take a picture of the content of the box and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. We will not issue a refund without proof of damage, nor if you contact us later than 48 hours from receiving the goods.
If for any reasons, you are not happy with the look of the products, we will issue a full refund as soon as the products are returned back to us unopened and in mint conditions. This must happen within 14 days from the day you receive them. Please take extra care in sending them back to us. We will not refund you if the products arrive open, broken or damaged.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund based on the taste of the products.
