Mario and Giovanni Roagna produce possibly the very best fine wine Nebbiolo in the entire Roero region. Following organic and biodynamic viticulture, the south-facing vineyards create a natural amphitheatre which surrounds the cantina. Only autochthonous grape varieties such as arneis, barbera and nebbiolo are planted, to let the characteristics of the terroir speak through the wine. Fermentation in the cellars is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts.
