Named after the cherry orchard surrounding the vineyard, Giovanni Almondo's Bricco delle Ciliegie (Hilltop of Cherries), is a wine that does not disappoint. Made with a particular procedure reserved only to the best white wines: soft pressure without oxygen, fermentation in steel and wood and eventually permanence for six months.
