A delicious variant on the very popular Cantucci recipe, this biscuit offers the crunchiness of the traditional recipe, with the twist of some delicious hazelnuts from the Unesco Heritage site of the Langhe, in Piedmont.  

We like to experience these biscuits with wine as well, and still recommend Vinsanto del Chianti Classico DOC by Antinori. The best cantuccini, with the best Vinsanto.
