||Medium structure, well-balanced acidity and a long persistent aftertaste.
||Pale pink with salmon reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
||Citrusy with hints of red apple, pink grapefruit and bread crust.
||100% Pinot Noir
||Soft pressing, plus 1st fermentation in steel vats at 14°C. Second fermentation in the bottle for 1 month at 14°C.
||In the bottle on yeasts for 30/40 months with a regular remuage of the bottles.
1g/l residual sugar
