A delicious mousse using the precious Lentils from Castelluccio di Norcia. Enriched by extra virgin olive oil, great for antipasto or a quick bruschetta.
HOW TO USE IT
Best served on a warm bruschetta, but also great as Pasta condiment. Simply mix the pasta and mousse by adding some of the boiled water, mix, grate some parmesan or pecorino and there you have it. A delicious pasta ready in minutes.
WHY WE LOVE IT
You can really taste the lentils, and the addition of the extra virgin olive oil creates a lovely contrast that doesn't overpower the legumes. On grilled bread is to die for!
