An expression of Calabria, and its famous red onions. Organic ingredients gracefully combined thanks to an old recipe set to achieve the perfect balance.

HOW TO USE IT

Roasted duck, game poultry or hard Italian cheese.  

WHY WE LOVE IT

The first time we tried it took a while to fully understand the different flavours packed in a single teaspoon. Yet, none of the ingredients was overpowering or offsetting the balance with the other. It became an instant hit among the team, and an ingredient we can no longer live without.   

INGREDIENTS

Red Onions from Calabria (56%), brown sugar, red wine (may contain sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar (may contain sulphites), chestnut, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt (allergens in bold)

ORIGIN

Vitùlia is the result of research, study and passion for the land and its products. The red onions of this chutney are organic and grown between Campora San Giovanni (CS) a Ricadi (VV).
