The traditional base of the "Pesto alla Genovese" with basil, and a twist: sun-dried tomato pesto, added to create a very unique sauce. Made using only organic ingredients, La Macina Ligure is specialised in dairy and gluten free, without ever compromising flavours.
HOW TO USE IT
Add to bruschetta, grilled halloumi, pasta of course, but also on grilled chicken and vegetables.
WHY WE LOVE IT
We adore the original basil version, but sometimes a little tomato goes a long way. This is perfect on so many recipes, that we simply enjoy having a jar open at all times.
