HOW TO USE IT

Ideal for sponge cake, donuts, puff pastry, pies and pizza. The dough can be easily rolled and is able to withstand long leavening and operations. 

WHY WE LOVE IT

It adds a lovely aroma to the recipes, and we find it much easier to digest. Plus the W content (strength) is fairly high for a wholewheat flour (280-300W).
