Made with rare fruits in the heart of Umbria, this Monte Mascarano Sour Cherry Jam recalls the taste of ancient times, blended with wholesome and natural ingredients. High contend of fruit (over 70%), rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids and polyphenols.
HOW TO USE IT
Intense aroma of sour cherry and pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Excellent on bread, panna cotta, croissants but it also pairs very well with wild meats or soft cheeses.
WHY WE LOVE IT
We discovered the "visciole" during our first trip to the Marche region, where it is most common to find them. It is now our favourite!

In July 2018, walking around Todi, we entered a cute shop on one of the main streets. Michele was there telling us all about their products, origin, how they are made and why they are so special.
