HOW TO USE IT
Soak them in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. Filter the water with a fine sieve (or use a cloth) and keep it on a side to use during the cooking. Rinse the mushrooms, cook with your favourite recipe. Store in a dry place, away from direct light.
