Using the same 72 hours rising time as its traditional cousin, this Vergani Gluten Free Panettone is our latest addition to make sure everyone can enjoy the festivities with the official Christmas cake on the table. 

HOW TO USE IT

After your Christmas Day lunch, for breakfast in the days to follow, definitely on San Biagio day. Why? Tradition wants you to keep one slice of panettone till the 3rd of February, have it blesses and eaten first thing in the morning. This will keep sickness away.

Because it's delicious, and it means that our celiac friends can enjoy the Christmas festivities too!

INGREDIENTS

Butter (milk), sugar, candied orange peel (10%)(orange peel 55%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), raisins (10%), rice flour, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder rehydrated, potato starch, sourdough (rice flour, water, lactobacilli, salt), corn starch, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer’s yeast, stabilizer: sorbitol, glycerol, thickening agents: xanthane, guar, salt, flavourings.  (allergens in bold)

Wow wow wow

Wow what a wonderful exquisite gluten free panettone, I can honestly say I have never had a gluten free panettone as good as this one. You would never know that it is gluten free. It was so good I had to hide it from my husband as it’s MINE LOL
