Similar to the ragù alla Bolognese, this Filotea Sicilian Pasta Sauce is made with only with locally sourced Sicilian ingredients.

Filotea takes pride in using authentic Italian ingredients, and their Sicilian Pasta Sauce is no exception; made with ripe and flavourful tomatoes from the region, this sauce captures the essence of the local terroir.

This versatile sauce pairs wonderfully with a variety of pasta shapes, such as spaghetti, rigatoni, fusilli, or conchiglie rigate.

Simply cook your pasta al dente, toss it with Filotea Sicilian Ragù, and savour the bold and robust flavours. For a finishing touch, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and top it off with a generous grating of Pecorino cheese.
