Italianavera Sicilia Bedda is a tomato sauce with aubergines, garlic and extra virgin olive oil as the only ingredients. With its roots in the Sicilian tradition, this sauce is packed with flavours, ready to heat up and add to your favourite pasta.

Heat in a saucepan until it is hot, before stirring the pasta. For 3/4 people, the entire jar is recommended. Sprinkle with abundant cacioricotta cheese, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Sicilian of course!
