HOW TO USE IT
Garlic bread, tomato salads, steamed vegetables, legume soups, anchovies, sardines, grilled red meats, fresh stringy cheeses... Anything that will benefit for that extra sets of flavours and is not scared of being overpowered. Keep in a fresh dry place, away from light and heat.
WHY WE LOVE IT
We love everything about this olive oil: from the dark and bright green colour, to the intense fruity herbaceous rich vegetal scents of thistle and artichoke, from the sharp taste to the spicy finish. It is an explosion of flavours and we could use it on absolutely everything!
In 2017 we travelled to Umbria, near the Trasimeno Lake to meet with Francesca and Angelica. They showed us around their property on a scorching hot summer day, telling us everything about their company. We are very happy to consider this Gold Beetle Certified™.
