Loved by Ernest Hemingway, Cuneesi are one of the best kept secrets of the Piedmont chocolate tradition. Originally from Cuneo, these B.Langhe pralines feature a crunchy shell with a soft, chocolate ganache inside.Be aware on the rum:it definitely gives a punch!
HOW TO USE IT
They are packed separately, so you can indulge one at the time. We highly recommend to have one at night, to finish a lovely dinner. Preferably with a glass of aged rum.
WHY WE LOVE IT
The original Cuneesi are not for the faint hearted: Rum is a predominant ingredient, and often can become too overpowering to enjoy the chocolate. We found these B.Langhe pralines to be incredibly balanced, while still having a punch at the end of it.
