WHY WE LOVE IT
It's the simplicity of it that takes us by surprise! The other night we prepared a steak and mash potatoes, and we figured instead of using plain butter, we would try truffled butter in our mash. It went straight in our family recipe book... and we opened straight away a special bottle of red... sometimes you just have to!
